The brokers who let you trade — until you win
Our mission

We want to put ourselves out of business.

Every entry on this register is a broker we could not get to answer one simple question. The day they all answer it — name the clause, prove the breach, or return the money — this hall is empty and we have won. We are not here to ruin anyone. We are here to make one way of doing business more expensive than honesty.

The whole dispute, decoded

Strip the euphemism out of a confiscation letter and the argument disappears. Here is what the language means. Hover or tap a black bar to lift it.

“following an internal review you won
“an adjustment to your account” we took your money
“not in line with our terms we won't say which term
“at our sole discretion because we can
unable to disclose further details” and we won't explain
This is the entire case, every time — a decision with the reasons blacked out. Our job is to keep lifting the bars.

What we actually ask

We take no side on whether a trade was clever, reckless, or improper — that is not our question, and we do not pretend to judge it. We ask the broker one thing, the thing any honest enforcement can answer without breaking stride: state the specific term that was breached, and prove it. Name the clause. Name the trades. Show the criteria. Or return the money. "We know what you did" is not proof. "Internal review" is not a finding. The broker set the leverage, offered the protections, and took every order — the burden of justification is its own.

The door out is open — and cheap

Every broker here can leave, permanently: return the money, or publish the proof — the clause, the trades, the workings. Do either and the entry is marked resolved, prominently and in the broker's favour, forever. A resolved entry is not our defeat; it is the entire point. We would rather mark a case resolved than keep it open. Pressure with a cheap exit is how behaviour changes — and changing behaviour, not collecting scalps, is the job.

How daylight works

We have no subpoena, and want none. We have one instrument: the record. Permanent, searchable, in the broker's own words, set beside the questions it would not answer. A broker shrugs off being called a thief. It cannot shrug off its own letter, read back to it, with the blanks it left still blank. Multiply that across every client who kept the receipts, and silence stops being free.

What we will never do
