The brokers who let you trade — until you win

Report a broker

Reports are reviewed by a human before anything is published — nothing appears automatically. Every entry is built from primary documents, so a report must arrive with at least one: undocumented reports are not accepted.

⚠ No one from this site will ever contact you offering to recover your money. Complaint sites are trawled by "recovery agents" who target victims a second time. Anyone who approaches you offering to get your funds back — for a fee, for your details, in anyone's name including ours — is a scammer, no matter how convincing.

Intake · confidential until reviewed · nothing publishes automatically

Winning trades voided after the fact; profits — and sometimes principal — debited under an unexplained "internal review".

What a complete profit confiscation report includes:
  • The broker’s written justification — or say clearly that none was given; silence is part of the record
  • Account statement showing the profit and the debit
  • Trade history covering the trades at issue
  • Withdrawal request confirmation, with date
"They never replied" is a valid answer — silence is part of the record. But your own side must be documented.
Part 1 · The broker

As named in your agreement or their emails, e.g. "Tickmill Ltd" — this determines which regulator covers you.

Part 2 · What happened
Leave blank what you don't know.

Stick to facts in time order: what you traded, what you requested, what the broker did, what reasons they gave. Quote their messages verbatim where you can.

Part 3 · The broker's answer

The five questions we record on every entry, answered from the broker's written response if you received one. "No" and "refused" are the damning answers — and that is the point.

Part 4 · Evidence

Required — at least one primary document, up to 5 files, 10 MB each: the broker's emails, statements, chat logs, dashboard screenshots. Redact your personal details before uploading. Accepted: PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF, TXT, EML.

Forum threads, review posts, regulator references — these corroborate, but a link alone is not enough on its own.

Part 5 · You

How you will be identified on the entry, e.g. a forum username. Leave blank to appear as "anonymous".

Only used if we need to verify details before publishing.
